1. 1. What payment methods does SimplyWholesale accept?

 

Simply Wholesale accepts payments through Paypal, debit/credit cards and Bank transfers. There may be a surcharge cost for some credit cards, check with your card issuer for confirmation.

 

  1. 2. How long does payment processing take?

 

Payment processing will only begin once we have received all your details. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will processed on the next business day. 

 

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Western Australia. Payments received via debit, credit card or Paypal will be processed immediately once the “SUBMIT MY ORDER” button is pressed. You will then receive an email confirmation indicating the order status.

 

For bank transfers once the funds are received in our account, we will send you an email confirmation and begin to process you order.

 

  1. 3. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

 

SimplyWholesale employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions online. Therefore it is safe to use your credit card online as long as the customer takes the standard online purchasing precautions.

 

SimplyWholesale will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

 

  1. 4. Why would I be asked to provide SimplyWholesale with further details to process my payment?

 

When you make a payment by either a Credit Card or PayPal you may be sent an email from our Fraud Prevention Officer requesting further information, such as a copy of your credit card and drivers license for identification.

 

After verification this information will be destroyed. In this case, until your order has passed internal Fraud Prevention procedure checks, your order will remain on Pending status. If you do not provide the requested information within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid.

 

These information requests are sent to help protect Credit Card and PayPal account holders from online Fraud.
