Home entertaining doesn’t stop at the back door. The Terrace Soundbar was engineered to withstand the elements with an IP55 rating to help protect it from water and dust. So take the action outside and get set for a new kind of match day or movie night.
Operating smoothly at temperatures between -30 to 50℃. Recommended that the Soundbar is installed undercover, and is not exposed to direct sunlight or severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms etc. Recommend cover is used when it is not in use. An IP55 rating means that under test conditions the product is protected against quantities of dust that could interfere with the normal operation of the product but is not fully dust-tight. The product is completely protected against solid objects. It is also protected against low pressure water jets projected by a nozzle (<6.3mm) from any angle.

Refund Policy

Online purchases must be returned within 14 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packing and accessories. You have to contact us within fourteen(14) days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a store credit or exchange (May be subject to postal charges). If you have passed the fourteen(14) day cut off point, you may only be eligible for exchange. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.

Warrantable Items.
A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
